I am researching my husbands Dutcher line. By sending to Social Security I have come up with the following info:
Jay H. Dutcher b. 1853 d. 1914 m. Emmaline (Emeline) Franklin in 1886. b. 1860 d.1943.
(Jays mother may have been Elizabeth. Emma is his second wife. First wife was Lizzie Owen from Wales)
2 daughters Vera and Hazel
Hazel Alvina b. 8-16-1890 d. 12-1970 m. Henry William Lassen (he was born in Germany and I have some info on his family too)
Their daughter Pauline Lassen MacNeill was my husbands mother. She died in Oct of 1973.
This family is from the Livermore area of California...I have a little info on these people and their families but am always looking for more. I am curiousas to when or if Jay's family came over from Germany.
Thanks in advance for any help.
